How can I order corporate wear?

Do you want to order corporate wear and have you not yet contacted us? Make an appointment with one of our Account Managers to discuss all the options.

Have you already coordinated a clothing package in consultation with us? Then you will probably have a personal webshop set up in CorpWear containing the right clothing items for your company. This webshop can be set up according to your wishes. Each employee can receive a personal login and order clothing themselves, but you can also choose to appoint one person responsible for ordering the clothing. Thanks to the webshop, you no longer have to worry about ordering clothing.

How do I log in to the CorpWear webshop?

If you have forgotten your password, you can change your password yourself by going to www.corpwear.nl. If you have not received login details or have not activated your account, please contact us by telephone on +31(0)348-79 10 79. We can send you an activation link with username from the webshop. A personal password can then be created via this link.

 

How can I change my sizes in the webshop?

Have your sizes changed or did you not like a certain size? Contact us by telephone at +31(0)348-791079 and we will adjust the sizes.

There are several reasons why you might want to return an item to us. Our webshop offers the option to register a return with us, but not in all cases. Read more below.

I want to return something. How does that work?

Size bigger or smaller?
Go to our webshop and log in to your personal ordering environment. In the webshop you have the option to register a size exchange with us. You return the wrong size and the correct size will be placed on order immediately.

Quality problem?
Go to our webshop and log in to your personal ordering environment. In the webshop you have the option to register a quality-related return with us. You return the item with a quality issue. The new article will be sent after the complaint has been assessed. If we believe the complaint is not justified, we will of course contact you.

What is the status / delivery time of my order?
We do our utmost to keep you as informed as possible about the progress of your order. Do you have a question or comment about the status or delivery time of your order? Please contact us at +31(0)348-79 10 79. You can also view where your package is located and when it will be delivered to you in your personal ordering environment in our webshop using the Track & Trace link.

Has the package been delivered according to the carrier, but did you not receive anything? We are here to help. Based on your report, we will investigate what is going on and contact the carrier if necessary. Of course, it is our goal to deliver your package as quickly as possible!

Leaving employment?
Are you leaving your employer's employment and are you obliged to return your clothing to us? In the webshop you have the option to register an exit return with us. In accordance with your employer's instructions, you return the clothing package, or part of it. Your employer can check via the webshop whether the return has been registered and processed.

Exchange an item
Have you received an item and would you like to exchange it for another item (e.g. long sleeve shirt for a short sleeve shirt, trousers for a skirt, winter socks for summer socks?) Contact us at +31(0) 348-79 10 79 so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

Recycling
Does your employer contribute to a more sustainable society? Then, in consultation with your employer, we have created the option in the webshop to register a recycling return with us. In accordance with your employer's instructions, you return the clothing package, or part of it. We ensure that textiles get a second life.

Make a fitting appointment

You can easily make a fitting appointment via the webshop. Log in to CorpWear and click on the 'Make fitting appointment' button. Does this not work? We will of course be happy to help you by telephone.

Incorrect delivery

Do you have a complaint about the delivery you received? Then it is best to report this complaint to us by telephone or email. Call +31(0)348-79 10 79 or send an email to your team of contacts in the Customer Operations department and mention the problem, the company you work for and, if possible, explain the problem with photos.
