As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new clients. You are engaged from the tender phase onwards and ensure a structured, efficient, and successful transition into operations. You oversee the full project lifecycle, from contract award through implementation to a stable operational and account management phase.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Account Management, within an international matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

Tender to Go-Live

• Contribute to the tender phase by assessing feasibility, timelines, and KPIs
• Translate contractual agreements into structured implementation plans
• Lead national and international client implementation projects
• Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Operations

Project Management & Delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments
• Lead project kick-offs and maintain full oversight of project execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a proactive manner
• Ensure effective handover to the operational organization

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central coordination point for all internal stakeholders
• Drive clear communication and proactive expectation management
• Provide Account Management with relevant project insights and updates
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders on objectives, milestones, and deliverables

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support multidisciplinary project teams
• Coach team members and safeguard quality and timelines
• Identify process improvement opportunities across implementations
• Contribute to the development of best practices within the center of expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in implementation-driven environments
• Experience in international and/or matrix organizations is preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
