Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Right to information: you can ask Groenendijk whether your personal data is being processed and you have the right to information about this processing. This information is summarised in this privacy statement.
  • Right of access: you can inspect the data collected about you by Groenendijk. If requested, Groenendijk will provide a copy of the personal data that is processed, provided that it does not contain data from others.
  • Right to correction: if it becomes clear that the data is incorrect, you can submit a request to Groenendijk to correct this.
  • Right to be forgotten: in various cases you have the right to have the personal data deleted, for example if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no retention obligation or other basis for further processing, or if data has been processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject and this consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing.
  • Right to limit the processing of data (temporarily). For example to check the accuracy of the data, or for a longer period, for example if data does not have to be deleted yet or if it is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • Right to data portability: if data has been processed on the basis of consent or in performance of an agreement with you, you can ask Groenendijk to provide the data you have provided in a structured and machine-readable form or to transfer it to another party.

Where you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
  • Right to object to individual decision-making, including profiling: you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling), unless that decision does not produce “legal effects” or other significant consequences. This does not happen with Groenendijk, by the way.
  • If and to the extent that we process data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.

You can exercise the aforementioned rights by submitting a request to us. Our contact details are at the bottom of this privacy statement. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request.
